Less rushing. More discovering.

Some places deserve more than a photograph. They deserve a good story, a little time, and someone to share them with.

The Beijing collection

Iconic places.
Personal discoveries.

Palace courtyards, blue-tiled temples, lakeside paths and a wall that follows the mountains. Where shall we begin?

The Summer Palace

颐和园

A lakeside escape into the art of imperial living. Wander painted corridors, pause by the water and discover the stories behind the scenery.

A slower kind of discovery

The Forbidden City

故宫

Behind the red walls, an emperor’s world awaits. Look past the grandeur to the symbols, ceremonies and human stories of palace life.

For the endlessly curious

The Temple of Heaven

天坛

Why a blue roof? Why so many circles? Find the ideas connecting heaven, earth and the emperor in one remarkable landscape.

Every detail has a meaning

Mutianyu Great Wall

慕田峪

Follow the wall into the mountains. Take in the watchtowers, the changing views and the stories of the people who guarded this frontier.

Give this adventure its own day

These four are favourites to start with, not the limit. Green also guides across the rest of Beijing — the Lama Temple, the hutongs, other sections of the Great Wall, the Olympic Park and more. Tell me where you’d like to go →

A few things
you might wonder.

Have another question?
Ask Green directly →

Can I combine more than one experience?

Absolutely — tell me which places interest you and how much time you have. We’ll discuss a practical route. Mutianyu is outside central Beijing, so it works well as a separate day.

Are these private tours?

The experiences are planned for you and your own group. We’ll agree your route and pace before the visit.

Can you tailor a visit for families?

Tell me the children’s ages and what captures their imagination. We can discuss a pace, breaks and stories suited to your family.

What about walking, steps and accessibility?

Please share any mobility or accessibility needs before booking. Historic sites and the Great Wall involve varying amounts of walking and steps; we’ll discuss the route and suitable arrangements together.

What is included in the price?

The quote will set out the guiding fee and any agreed extras. Confirm entrance tickets, transport, meals and optional activities with Green before booking.

How is my booking confirmed?

Send an enquiry using this website, WhatsApp or email. After we agree availability, the itinerary, inclusions and price, Green will confirm the booking directly. This website does not take payments or reserve tickets.
